Some extra updates to the meeting notes.

Grease Pencil:
* New stroke primitive is being worked on, which is a basic shape and
palettes to make it easier to start drawing immediately. With a blank GP
object there's still too many steps needed to start.
* 2D workspace is being worked on.
* Help from other Blender developers would be appreciated for these bugs:
**  T56182 Left click issue in sculpt mode.
** T56220 Materials at Object level
** T56235 Mirror in Object mode
