[Bf-docboard] Current state of wiki updating.

Wim welcome.  We'll use IRC  channel #blenderwiki at 2 pm CST (a reasonable
hour for the europeans +6 hrs?) if most can make it then.  We need to make
sure that mindrones or one of the other wiki core team is available and
brecht or other from the core dev group can make it.
