[Verse-dev] New Quel Solaar updates

Hi!

Yes, there was a massive influx of new people to the verse channel around
that time, so you should probably still stay around the IRC more.

st is some kind of utility library? Maybe it's not intentional, but there's
a bunch of duplicate files like the loq airou in persuade. Also the verse
files don't compile- i assume there's some files missing because there's
none of the init stuff.

Anyway I'm working with other developers on physics related tech for games
and was thinking about verse usage? How could verse fit in for physics?
Basically I mean force feedback from both sides.
