Strangely, it doesn't work when the path doesn't have
a speed IPO. And I say strangely, since the constraint
evaluation code is exactly the same as the parent
evaluation... guess I must have overlooked something
somewhere.

Anyway, this is just to mention that I know about this
bug, so don't come crying to be because it doesn't
work.

All other bugs should have been solved though,
including the need to toggle the CurveFollow and
CurvePath buttons in the Animation buttons window to
make the constraint work.
