[Soc-2017-dev] Weekly Report #10 - Normal Editing Tools

Looking forward to working more.

Though, I'm very curious as to how the soc projects will be merged with
master (if that happens) as the work will not make in to 2.79.
I remember Howard asking a similar question on IRC long ago, and I don't
know about the development plan.
