[Soc-2014-dev] Weekly Report #10 Shape Key Enhancements

Some nice stuff this week:

1. Fixed several crashes and a data corruption case that I introduced
2. Modal Blend From Shape is now pretty close to completion, all modes work
and I did a nice info display. Here we see [1] JutUpperLip being subtracted
from JutUpperLip_RaiseChin, with proportional editing enabled (supports all
PE models).

Next week:
1. Finish up (really) Modal BFS
2. Record a video with me talking over the stuff I accomplished
3. Add an icon for the 'Move Keyblock to Top/Bottom'
4. Bug hunting

Problems:
1. How to render an icon with transparent background onto the View3D? My
tries have ended in the icon having a black backdrop.
