[Soc-2014-dev] Weekly Report #12, Fluids

Hello everyone,

Here is the progress for this week:
- all of Blender force fields are imported in Mantaflow simulation. For
that, some changes had to be introduced to the Mantaflow code;
- fixed re-runs of simulations with possibility to change flow and
collision parameters in-between sims;
- removed an issue with mantaflow script that was slowing down simulation
and taking too much resources on big resolutions;
- work on fixing minor reported issues;
- added some parameters to mantaflow simulation setup.

Next week:
- working on floating bug: when changing domain, blender crashes sometimes;
- fixing other reported bugs;
- using textures in blender smoke;
- wrap-up: code cleanup;
- wrap-up: creating docs.
