[Soc-2012-dev] Multitouch Weekly Report

I was able to get MinGW working, from the looks of it, it is all based on
the W7 beta (+ 2 incorrect defines). I can get enough functionality out of
it to move out of GHOST tomorrow. :)

Compiling at the moment to make sure that I don't break things when I turn
off touch, then committing tonight.
