[Sig2006] Budget

Hi,

Got first quote in from Freeman, that's quite above expected, but I  
think business in USA just works that way... first scare the hell out  
of people, then come to a more reasonable quote. :)

Anyhoo, their current quote is about 27k. And it seems to miss stuff  
even. I'm going to try to talk this down... but a free handout disk we  
better skip now.
