[Robotics] blenderplayer vs blender

The blenderplayer is the GE plus the minimum subset of Blender that is
needed to run the GE. The Blender Python module requires more parts of
Blender that are not included in the blenderplayer and that's why it is
not available. The builtin modules that are available in the
blenderplayer are: Rasterizer, GameLogic, GameKeys, PhysicsConstraints,
Mathutils, Geometry, BGL and VideoTexture.
