[Robotics] Tutorial "YARP + Python simple simulator"

Hello!

The afternoon was long, but here we are:

At the end, it's more like an "in-depth" introduction to what the 
GameEngine can achieve with some Python magic, than a contribution to 
the common effort to come up with standardized interfaces and plugins, 
but at least it brings some "material" :-)
