[Bsod-mentors] Deadlines and things

After the deadline, will there be a week or so before the BSoDs are 
promoted to the wider Blender audience?  This might allow for a grace 
week to allow people to put the spit and polish on their work.

Of course, an official additional week ( where suggestions are fed back, 
ie where all BSoDers also read other BSoD docs and give feedback, as 
well as mentors ) would allow for this also.
