[Bf-webcontent] current version splashscreen on download page?

It can be done by getting an account on blender.org and replicating the layout of http://www.blender.org/features/2-69/ for a start.
Release notes should be pages, available under the /features/release-number/.
The page containing all the screenshots can be under /features/past-releases/

Yeah, a page with the past splash screens has not been ported, same is for the Release notes. If a volunteer is available we can work this out!

I mean the full splashscreen, not the portion visible on the page header
image...
