[Bf-webcontent] Content migration: FAQ pages

Pablo told me that he wanted to discourage over-use of bullets in the
presentation of information, so he didn't make them valid site-wide in
the CSS -- I think he said you have to just invoke the unordered list
locally using syntax I am forgetting.
