[Bf-webcontent] Content migration: FAQ pages

I just started and migrated the first two questions, there are already 
two problems:

- I miss the bullets / enumeration on 
http://staging.blender.org/faq/how-does-the-gpl-and-blender-benefit-me/
- "Can I distribute the official blender.org releases under my own 
branding and name?" is a very long title, on my notebook it's 1,5 lines 
long: 
http://staging.blender.org/faq/can-i-distribute-the-official-blender-org-releases-under-my-own-branding-and-name/

Whats the CSS-class for enumeration? (I think there's something like <ul 
class="bullet"> for bullets.)

Any idea how to shorten that title?
