[Bf-webcontent] no more flickering

Ok boys and girls added a small fix, now the flicker problem of the menu 
with the gecko engine is over:

Tested this with the new FireFox 1.01 too. So we got it working on:

- IE 5, 5.5, 6 on Win
- IE 5.2 on MacOS X
- Safari on Mac
- Netscape 7.x on Mac
- Mozilla 1.7x on Win
- Opera 7.x on Win
- Konquerer 3.3 on Linux
- FireFox all around da world

Does not work:
- IE 5.1 on MacOS 9
- Opera 6 Win
