[Bf-webcontent] Menu nearly done

Here's how to solve the flicker:

In the ul li ul { }, add 	background: #7191ac;

I think it now had a background color of #fff, causing your browser to 
first draw the ul container with a white background, and next the li 
container with the blue background.
