[Bf-webcontent] Download page

Hi,

many people's first impression of blender3d.org (and with Blender!) is
through a link that goes directly to the download page. This may not be
the best first introduction so I figured it would make sense to add a
few extra pointers there. We don't hav a standard layout for 'additional
information' blocks, so here's a test I did:
