[Bf-vfx] Plans for mesh reconstruction from tracked video

Hi Adam,

Mesh reconstruction is a great project. Do you have a proposed algorithm? I
am (any day now) releasing a general least squares minimizer that will help
with mesh reconstruction, but there is still lots of other work to do.
