[Bf-vfx] Camera Sensor Size patch

I think this patch should be in the gsoc tomato branch right away, as
probably in the pepper branch since there is the collada importer/exporter
which should definitly benefits of that as well.

(well if you ask me really it would be in all the branches :) )
