[Bf-translations-dev] Can We Add Comments in PO File?

We can and we do ! :)

So called "User comments" (i.e. comments added by translators in their 
PO-editing tool) are of course welcomed, and should never be erased by 
our updating tools (if they are, please file a bug!). Only exception are 
removed msgid's, obviously…
