[Bf-translations-dev] Can We Add Comments in PO File?

Just wondering about this for long. Comments can making things much easier
in further review by oneself or others. and also useful for confirming
translations for items, although it will cause the po file larger, but it
will not effect .mo. So I think I would suggest myself to add comments in
the po, if it is allowed.

So, I do suggest to keep comments there, at least in ../branches. Can we?
