[Bf-translations-dev] Fuzzies converted to regular translations

It's OK, Bastien.   :)
I bet it must be revision [1440] (389 fuzzy for zh_CN.po), because the
nearest updated-from-trunk revision is [1452] (7 fuzzy for zh_CN.po), and I
was also wondering where are those 382 fuzzies. Now I got them :)

If so, I suggest every translator takes particular look at all fuzzies in
[1440], that will have them all targeted again, I suppose.
