[Bf-translations-dev] Issues for 19-Feb-2013

Hi Bastien,

Knife tool header message is broken too.
It prints translated string shorter.

I think HEADER_LENGTH (source/blender/editors/mesh/editmesh_knife.c:216) 
is less than the length of translated string...
