[Bf-translations-dev] Recover / renew svn password

Hi Rafael

Logins for http://projects.blender.org/ and SVN are actually can be
different. Logins for SVN should be in lower case (e. g. "Lockal" for
projects.blender.org and "lockal" for SVN). Also in theory there could
be some problems with non-latin symbols in username or password. That
is all what I know.
