[Bf-taskforce25] Netbeans + Blender Source

Well, for a complete rookie like myself, NetBeans and Java would be more 
than a handful of an hassle compared to the simple 'svn up && python 
scons/scons.py' needed today. Also to think that Blender is developed by 
two guys only seems kind of weird, sorry.
