[Bf-taskforce25] Materials and Textures management.

    IMO the materials and textures library views you have there
shouldn't be in the material buttons, but rather should be some kind
of separate generic data-browse window type.  Then the user could
filter to see only materials or textures if they so desired.  In this
way the user can use the same interface for all kinds of data
management and browsing, rather than having similar interfaces
duplicated all over the place.

   I'm not keen on the tabs for the different renderers.  At the
moment 2.5 doesn't have integration with any external renderers
anyway, but even if it did then IMO the material panel should simply
reflect the currently selected renderer.

    I do like the idea of actually being able to see at-a-glance all
materials used on a single object.  That would be very useful.
