[Bf-taskforce25] colour picker feedback

Hi Matt

First of all, I really like both the quick-picker idea, and the more
"advanced" colour picker.
There are however some issues with this colourpicker.
It is very difficult to tweak the hue/saturation when the mouse is close
to the middle of the disc. This is because it is a small area AND a
"multiple action picker" - moving the mouse sideways results in a change
of both hue and saturation.

I have made a mockup (see attachment) which i think solves this in a
nice way. This should only be implemented in the "advanced"
colourpicker, and not the quickpicker.
when clicking inside the slider, the rotation (hue) will be locked, and
when clicking in the dark circle around the disc, the slider
(saturation) will be locked. This will make it easier to tweak
individual values in an intuitive way.
