[Bf-taskforce25] Weird nasty 2.5 bug

Hi,

If you use Intel graphics cards, make sure you disable "triple buffer"
in the user preferences, and set it to "overlap".

Outliner -> header menu "User Prefs" -> "System and OpenGL"

Then save this config with CTRL+U as user pref.

I've discussed with Brecht to make "overlap" default for now. It's very
disappointing to find out that Intel (and some ATIs) again fail to
allow us to make a full crossplatform implementation for swap
buffers... but I'll certainly meet with both vendors on Siggraph to get
insight in what we can do to ensure a proper functioning UI.
