I would be more then happy to provide some test models. I've got some
large/small/simple/complex models made in both Wings3d and in Blender that
might provide some import/export challenge. They should all be fairly clean,
and representative of normal modeling features.
As to formats... OBJ! I think obj (wavefront object) is the most generic,
used, and supported format at the moment. Formats I would like to see well
supported are x3d and fbx. Fbx seems to be supported be a largish number of
proprietary apps, and hopefully x3d will eventually be supported nearly every
where...
