Hi Dienben,

that script seems to be a real time-saver, considering the old lip-syncscript is heavily out of date and the method that the Orange projectuses is not yet released as a stable release.
Anyway, "external dependencies" are -in general- files that you need todownload in addition to the blender download package (or any othersoftware package for that matter). So, the software/script  youwant to use depends on something other, otherwise it will not work atall.
That does not neccessarily mean Papagayo, it could mean another DLLfile or something other that is related to Python. I guess that personhas to explain what exactly s/he means with "external dependencies".

 Few days ago, i made a proposal for my script blenderlipsynchro.One of us answered  that my script had 'external dependencies',but i don't undertsand what is the point.
  My script make abridge between Papagayo (a open source lipsynchronisation tool) and theBlender Shapes. It works well and i wrote a blog to provide support.
