[Bf-scripts-dev] Blender 2.40 RC1 Script

Hello,
  
   Few days ago, i made a proposal for my script blenderlipsynchro.  One of us answered  that my script had 'external dependencies',  but i don't undertsand what is the point.
   My script make a bridge between Papagayo (a open source  lipsynchronisation tool) and the Blender Shapes. It works well and i  wrote a blog to provide support.
