[Bf-scripts-dev] Two sequence plugins for the next release

OK, I've got a couple sequence plugins for consideration.

The first is the extremely useful framestamp plugin, originally by me but 
greatly improved by paprmh:

The second is the not as useful but way cooler lightsaber plugin:
