Hi, I've been in contact with Roman Volodin, author of Dynamic Parent

This is script is extremely useful and necessary for animation. The
latest version with some bugfixing is here

The author is currently doing a recode of the addon but not sure when
that will be ready. I want to add the current working version to
Contrib and I'll personally make sure it is kept up to date.
