[Bf-python] Text3D example with a material

After a long and frustrating battle with Blender over the creation of 3D 
text object with a color other than grey, I found enough examples to 
cobble together a working function.
I have documented it on my technical blog just in case anyone else is 
trying to use Blender scripting.
