[Bf-python] removing scripts...

Not arguing its not usefull, but its unclear as to all the scripts 
functions.
Does it align, does it make an array??
Better remove it and have clearly defined tools that the user can 
understand.

Also, I had to bugfix this script before release and even after that 
there were odd bugs I could not figure out without digging deep.
so the "maintainability" of scripts is also a factor as to weather we 
should keep them or not.

- By the way, added a Randomize Loc/Size/Rot script this morning.
