[Bf-python] makeparent crash

Hmm.. It seems that this line is causing the autosave crash:

Py_DECREF ((PyObject *) child);

commenting this out stops the exit crashing and autosave crashing while trying to makeParent()
Things still don't look right though.  Hitting N to bring up object properites for parent name gives nothing...
