[Bf-python] Importing python code from textwindow as a module

Hi,

I tested MakeHuman and saw that importing python
code as a module from a Blender textwindow does 
not work yet.
The expython import code says not to touch
the importer functions but I did it anyway ! :-)
Just pasted the old custom importer in expython.
MakeHuman now starts without errors.

Now my question:
Is there any reason because it's not in expython
(security or something) or has just nobody worked
on that yet?
