[Bf-python] Spe and exppython

Hi,

Just one more message: Spe works PERFECTLY with
exppython of the Blender 2.28 pre-release! Nice. 
Blenpy doesn't because it relied on the World module
of _Blender. In the next release of spe I remove all
references to the_Blender module.

It's really nice to explore the new API with spe's
Blender Browser! It's a good tool to get familiar with
it. (See screenshot.)
