[Bf-python] API python 2.3 ?

Ah, sorry,  forgot to mention that I use linux, so I didn't compile for
win32 systems.  But anyway, there's a high chance that there would be no
problems with using Python 2.3.x in other platforms, too.  We've had a
couple issues in the past, but they were trivial to fix.
