[Bf-python] API python 2.3 ?

I've been compiling my local version with Python 2.3.2.  It works
without any problems, except a few harmless warnings when you try to run
plugins that were compiled with 2.2.

We've already discussed about updating to 2.3.x for the released
versions, but the decision was to keep with 2.2 for a while more.  Maybe
Blender 2.32 will have Python 2.3.2.  I'm for it, 2.3 has been around
for quite a while already.
