[Bf-interface] Smoke Cache (File Format)

Hi,
I have some confusion with smoke cache system and probably not only on
interface level, but also in structure of functions.

I have two things:

1/

With baked cache I can still change file format even all setup is logically
frozen (grayed).

If I switch format and hit play, blender begins caching of selected format
instead of playing already baked cache.

- from user side it looks like baked cache is played, but doesn't

- user has no feedback it is baking at that moment of playing simulation

- there is no way to control this caching (user can press only "Free Bake"
button or stop playing)

- cached simulation is not complete if you hit play from a middle of frame
range

In general, I don't think this caching is wanted anyway.

I think "File Format" should be disabled for already baked cache
(simulation) too.

2/

What is the reason to place "File format" (Point / VDB) above cache list?

Isn't it more logical to have panel in this order?

- Cache list

- Frame Range

- File Format

- Bake

Baked.jpg

For me it is more natural to:

- create cache item (or used default one) on a list (optional name it)

- and than setup parameters like frame range, file format etc.

Since I can choose format for each cache item on a list, file format is
option for that item, not for whole cache system.

When I select item from the list - than previously selected format (used for
baked cache) should appear for this item.

Thank you for your opinion.

Filip
