[Bf-funboard] Adding a good way to scale something to 0

S+0+Return are not close to each other. I use scale to 0 often in varying
axis situations.

I think it would be more than 2 seconds a day, for me maybe even 30
seconds, since it's approximately 1 sec to hit 0 and Enter it + you lose
time looking at keyboard to hit the 0 (since not hitting it results in more
time loss). I am sure I use scale to 0 at least 30 times a day, sometimes
even more with complex modelling.

It is a similar issue to Alt+M-ing and having to choose At Last every time
(although now I know this is not necessary).

I also think if it is possible to speed up something without slowing
anything else down, it's a good thing.
