Perhaps the bigger question is this: Why exactly are you scaling to zero so
frequently? You're not merging... otherwise you'd be using Alt+M. So what are
you making that's requiring this to behavior so frequently? In what I do, for
example, I don't have scale to zero with nearly that much frequency.
