[Bf-funboard] floating windows don't stay on top!

This is best handled handled by the window manager. In linux it's very
easy to do. I'm pretty sure it is in OSX as well (if not, submit a
request to the Apple-funboard mailing list ;)
The non overlapping nature of Blender's interface is one of its
strengths (that has since been copied by apps such as After Effects)
It's the most efficient use of screen space and saves the user from
the floating window/crowded toolbar hell that you get in Maya/Max/XSI.

Hello.
There is a nice feature in Blender - to shift+click on triangle in
the
corner of any editor in Blender UI, and this editor becomes a new
window.
It would be very useful to be able to make these new windows to stay
on-top
of the main Blender UI. Now it only makes sense for dual monitors,
but It
would be really nice to be able to have floating editor windows (for
example - floating outliner).
