perhaps a web page, showing "TODO" list, people could browse what's 
there..  every item would have own presentation page, you know, simple 
html page with pictures are basic information what it is about. 

and with this mailinglist, we could gather information what to 
change, what to drop, what to add.. when people are happy with the 
"proposal" ..

I think it's important to bring all this together. as a webpage system it 
would be easy to see what people are working on..
