[Bf-funboard] Policy

Sounds like a good start!

One little project I've started doing too is going through the Elysiun.com
Q&A forum and making a little 'database', classifying the sorts of queries
people have had, and what has caused them. Hopefully when it's more
complete, we can go through the list and identify anything we can do in
Blender to try and prevent these misunderstandings. For example, we may find
problems that could be solved by having clearer button labelling, or by
grouping buttons differently, or writing better tooltips and so on. If
anything, it will be useful to have a research resource that shows where
people are having problems in Blender, to give some direction on how to make
things better.

As for coding 'small improvements', I've recently been trying to learn more
about C programming and the Blender code. While there's no way I'd be able
to do anything complex, I'm quite comfortable with at least the interface
code in Blender, and I'd be happy to implement smallish interface
tweaks/modifications if I can.

cheers

Matt

I've got some suggestions concerning careful improvements of some already
available features - and I believe that sort of things are perhaps the best
startingpoint, i.e. rather "small" improvements that most coders could be
willing to implement since it would not seem like a very huge task.
