I like this too.
Anything that makes it easier for people to display their knowledge in Blender is a good thing.
Many schools and companies, at least in Sweden, find Blender a bit scary. Many of them do not doubt Blenders capabilities but they find it difficult to find people who know the software. So I think any system that will show that "this person has knowledge in Blender" is a very, very good thing.
