[Bf-education] Certification structure...

I agree with your statement and believe that the teacher's Certification
might be what we really call a Certification.

Here's what I think:

On the standart modules there should be the concept of Diploma of
achievements, providing an acknoledgement that the person knows the tool
and is able to work with it. No Certification makes sense at this point
since the person will know only the basic operations.

On the Advanced and Specialist there would remain the concept of Diploma
but with option to make a Certification at the end. The person at this
point has enough knowledge to make an exam. Yet if he doesn't want it he
may just have it's Diploma and stop there.

The Training should only be allowed to make a Certification, or may be a
combination of all advanced and specialist courses, since this person
will be teaching other it must be Certified to ensure its credibility.
