Hi John,
For Blender wiki modaration we have Luca doing great coordination
work, he replied already to most of your mail though. :)
(also @ Gottfried)
For the www.blender.org CMS part we have another mailing list (Bf-
webcontent) which fell silent a bit. Will talk to moderator Tom
Musgrove there to check how to get this activated best. Will come back
to it!
